Motivation for those who screwed up

We do a lot of rash things that we regret for the rest of our lives. But should we regret them at all?

Perhaps all the unpleasant episodes of your life are nothing more than a trifle. Why not? Let's pick apart all your embarrassing moments and make sure you have nothing to worry about.

There's no reason to be ashamed of yourself. We're all made of the same dough, and when a bummer happens, it means you need to move on.

That was a disgusting performance

Everyone performs in front of an audience in one way or another. Not necessarily on stage. When you read your report to the workforce, that's a performance. When you read your wishes to a newlywed couple, that's a performance.

But you can screw up. If you say too much or mix up your words, people will think you're a jerk or an idiot. That's usually how you get a phobia of public speaking.

But you'll never have it if you realize how insignificant your small mistake is in the context of your life. Prepare better next time, perform to the best of your ability and don't fret - your brain should be free of past failures.

Became an object of ridicule

You may have passed this point at school, and if you were a bully yourself, you can no doubt have had similar experiences later - at work, for example. Becoming the object of ridicule is easy - you have to be different from the rest of the team.

If you realize that you've become a detached person, then be happy - you're different. You're a normal person, you have plenty of good qualities, you have some bad ones too, but you've become a black sheep. If you want to change that, read our text about this phenomenon first.

You have to realize that this kind of problem can and should be solved. It all depends on how you set yourself up initially or how you develop your image in the future. You won't be reckoned with if you let things go.

You got beat up

It's worse when you are big and strong, but a weaker person beat you up and took your money and your phone. You should not be ashamed of it - if you have never lost a fight in your life, you have never really fought.

Sometimes getting punched in the face can be useful - it gets rid of the illusions we were stuffed with as children, as if we were all special, great and smart. Turns out we're not - everyone's blood is red, and everyone feels pain.

If you ever get beaten up, the worst thing that can happen to you is the fear of the next fight. Sooner or later, but your “kung fu” will come in handy in an unresolved conflict and then everything will depend on the strength of spirit, which you should have in full.

So do not dwell on the defeat in the fight - there are still many fights ahead, where we believe you will definitely win.

You got fired from your job

It's a big blow. Many people start blaming themselves for being fired. Others blame their bosses. But both categories of people fail to realize one simple thing: the reason is not important.

The important thing is to find a new job and stop feeling sorry for yourself. You have to pull yourself together, forget about the failure and what you've done.

Turn over this page of life - there are a lot of good things ahead. On the grounds of job loss can develop depression, which many people do not believe in, but it, such a thing, exists in reality. And in moments of depression it will be very difficult to make a good impression at job interviews.

You've been cheated on

It would seem that the worst thing imaginable has happened, but no. If you've been cheated on, you've made your life easier - you won't live with a person you can't trust.

It's possible that you're the one to blame, and that tends to be a great excuse for serious reflection that can almost lead to suicide. But look at how many people live on the planet. Almost 8 billion people. Out of those 8 billion, 1 person has cheated on you. Any reason to worry?
