1. Drink enough water

7. Make someone laugh

It is important to take care not only of your physical health, but also of your mental health. Sometimes we are so busy with problems and plans that we forget how important it is to take breaks for something positive.

Set yourself a goal: at least once a day to make someone smile or laugh heartily. Laughing together with loved ones, friends, and coworkers helps you get a sense of closeness that is good for your mental well-being and also helps release mood-enhancing endorphins.

8. Get moving
