Some days are good, some days are bad, and some days are just awful. One day can be a lot of troubles: failures at work, quarrels in the family and someone scratched your car in the parking lot. Bad thoughts about the future come into your head, you stop seeing prospects, you face problems of personal growth.

How to realize yourself, if it seems that the whole world is against it, and you just want to sit down in a quiet place to be alone with yourself? There are several ways that will not only lift your mood, but also unload the psyche.

Write about what happened

Let the words flow and let the paper be your listener. Let your emotions come out; let everything you have in your soul spill out onto the paper in ink.

Describing unpleasant events, you will simultaneously analyze what could have led to this result. Soon the disparate thoughts will merge into a single stream, and you will be distracted from the accumulated problems and look at them from the point of view of an observer, not a participant.

This way helps to unload, relieve nervous tension, cool down. Perhaps in a few days you will leave negative emotions in the past, but at the moment you need to unload.

Interact with chaos

You didn't plan for this trouble, you didn't even realize that this kind of thing could happen to you, but these events happened. Trouble has no schedule or timetable; trouble happens when the time is right.

Understand: life is not a smooth road, but a bumpy serpentine, where you do not know what awaits behind the next turn. No matter how rich or successful you are, surprises will always follow you, they are everywhere. The only question is how you react to them.

Some chaos that is present in everyone's life is not only a problem, but also an opportunity to find a way out of the situation.

Uncertainty forces you to grow, develop, learn and adapt so that you don't get into a similar situation again. Learn from today's mistakes to become a better version of yourself tomorrow. This is the only way to beat the reality that you shouldn't run away from.

Accept your real feelings

Why did the trouble happen to you? Is it your fault or someone else's? What are you feeling at this moment?

Answering these questions to yourself will give you all the solutions you need. We don't like to admit guilt because it negatively affects our self-esteem. For the same reason, we find it easier to blame others for our misfortunes rather than introspect and think about our weaknesses.

We deceive ourselves, do not confess their feelings and try to drown the bitterness of defeat in the bottle or watching your favorite show. Only this will not solve the problem.

Accept the fact that the chosen path was wrong. This will give the understanding that at any moment you can change the road and the intended course. Confess, vent your emotions - this way will help you emotionally unload and let go of the problem, after which it will be easier to find a solution.

Think about perspective

Regardless of the failures, there have been good days in your life. And there are many more of them than there are failures. But our brain concentrates not on the good memories, but on the bad ones, because they give us more emotions. That's human nature.

Think of all the good things that happened to you; don't forget that the black streak is much shorter than the light streak, and things will get better soon. Relationships can be repaired; once fired, find another job. It's not over until you put your hands down and give up.

Focus your attention on the positive

Emotional suffering lasts an average of 12-16 minutes, the rest is self-inflicted and emotion-laden. You can continue to suffer, thinking about the injustice of this cruel world and that all is lost. Or you can refocus from negativity to positivity and start planning.

Occupy yourself, start making plans for the future and think in a positive way. Your thinking determines the future. And if you want to live in a world whose color palette is limited to gray, white and black, well, that's your choice. Or you can choose to live a bright life, rich and filled with positive emotions.

Thinking in a positive way, you will gather around you like-minded people, and the future will not seem so gloomy and will cease to give hopelessness.
